Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

- Clear photos or videos of the product
- A short explanation of the issue
After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund when appropriate.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your country, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
Estimated shipping times are approximate and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Orders that are still in transit are generally not eligible for a refund due to shipping delays.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled within a short period after being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. NYVORA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Used or Damaged Items
Refunds or replacements may not be provided for products that show signs of intentional damage, excessive wear, misuse, or modification after delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
NYVORA is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but later reported as lost or stolen.
